Project Overview
Our client initially engaged a pool company for the installation of their pool. However, they sought additional expertise to enhance their outdoor living space with comprehensive design and installation services. The Vision
The homeowner wanted a beautiful and multifunctional outdoor space for not only family enjoyment but also for hosting large gatherings. Basically, they wanted the optimal spot for entertaining, combining aesthetics with functionality.
Challenge
The primary challenge was addressing the sloped property. It required intricate planning and executing to level the pool and surrounding space effectively. We addressed issues such as grading, drainage, and navigating storm water and zoning requirements. We installed tiered retaining walls to address the slope and created a level stage for the entire project.

Tiered Retaining Walls
To counter the slope and level the area, we constructed two-tiered retaining walls, not only serving a functional purpose but also adding visual interest to the landscape.
Pavilion with Outdoor Kitchen
Central to the design was the pavilion featuring an outdoor kitchen with built-in bar seating. This addition catered to the client's desire for both family enjoyment and entertainment of larger groups, blending culinary delights with outdoor ambiance.
Gas Burning Fire Pit and Sitting Area
A cozy gathering spot was created with a gas-burning fire pit, complemented by ample seating, perfect for cooler evenings or intimate conversations under the stars.
Natural Slab Steps , Boulders and Dry Creek Bed
Enhancing accessibility, natural slab steps were installed to access the patio area, seamlessly integrating with the landscape. Additionally, a dry creek bed was installed, not only facilitating drainage but also adding a rustic charm to the space.
Outdoor Lighting
Strategic placed lighting accentuates key features and ensured safety and ambiance after dusk. The specialty free-standing lights cast a magical glow and offer special effects.
Meticulous Landscaping
A wide variety of lush perennial plantings and shrubs were installed to complete the installation.
